Description:
As an SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant, you will cover a strategic role, delivering changes on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support for the SAP S/4 application with Extensive experience in SAP (preferably SAP S/4Hana) PM module.
- Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the business.
- Work on internal SAP projects and Change Requests as required.
- Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the landscape.
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the specification, development, and testing of enhancements / modifications to the SAP solution.
- Complete knowledge transfer for respective application area to other members of support team.
- Provide business analyst services to support new application products within SAP and external to SAP.
- Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME’s, and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Extensive experience in SAP PM and functional areas.
- Hands-on Functional experience in SAP ERP/S/4Hana Plant Maintenance including business process definition, configuration, functional specification, functional/ integration/ performance testing/ regression testing etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in module configuration and functional specification documentation.
- Previous experience with the application HP Quality Centre is an advantage (i.e. for the creation and execution of test scripts and the resolution of Defects).
- Strong documentation/writing skills, with experience of developing process maps, flow charts, user requirements documentation.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory for interaction with different stakeholders involved in the Projects (i.e. in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people).
- Experience of working on large SAP projects.
- Experience of all phases of project lifecycle.
Good to have:
- SAP PM certification is desirable.
- Knowledge of structured project management techniques for IT related projects including design, development, test, and release management.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules FI/CO, MM, PS.
