Section Officer Grade Vi

Description:

There is currently one permanent whole-time post available. The post will initially be based in the payroll department Finance, University Hospital Kerry

A panel may be created as a result of this campaign for Grade VI Finance, from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part time duration may be filled.

Reporting Relationship

The post holder will report to the Senior Executive Officer (SEO) in Finance or other designated nominated Manager.

As part of the Finance Team, the Grade VI will work collaboratively with the following:

• UHK Payroll team
• Central and National payroll teams
• The UHK Finance Team
• Heads of Department UHK
• Business Support Functions (Human Resources, Corporate Support Services)
• National HSE Finance Division

Purpose of the Post

The post holder will support the Finance Function of University Hospital Kerry in the delivery of accurate timely payroll submissions, accounts and decision support.

The post holder will support the management and administration of day to day operations of the functions and duties of the Payroll Section, University Hospital Kerry.
