The Global Security Organization (GSO) provides industry leading security and privacy services to TikTok globally. As a direct report to the Global End User Awareness Program Manager within the Global Security Organization, you will join the team that will develop strategies to positively influence behaviors that lead to a better security posture and culture at TikTok. In your capacity, you will support internal security awareness and training. You will focus heavily on growing the security culture at TikTok, as well as overall awareness and education for the firm by delivering enterprise-wide training and education.

The preferred candidate will catalyze behavioral change through security communications and evangelism internally by targeting key populations to inject security best practices. Your team will empower partnerships across the corporate community, partnership ecosystem, and the markets we serve to promote security awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, manage, and produce content for a variety of digital training experiences
• Develop risk-based campaigns that feature communications, webinars, gamification, videos, infographics, social media, and blogs
• Develop role-based training to cater to specific use cases & employee types (e.g., engineering security training, leadership war games)
• Collaborate with teams across the company to identify appropriate mediums for engagement
• Develop material (e.g., presentations, workshops, discussion forums) for the team's internal brand marketing
• Review and adapt raw content materials, write outlines and scripts, and collaborate with production team on instructional design
• 1+ years in designing e-learning and other mediums, preferably at a global level
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity and/or communications, journalism, writing or marketing (with a focus on or experience in technology or security strongly preferred)
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience with LMS systems and training content creation
• Must have intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, often with shifting deadlines
• Demonstrated cultural adaptability, teamwork and collaboration skills, in particular contributing to global multi-functional teams and working alternative hours when required
• Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area of emerging importance
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and cross-functional expertise across multiple IT operational and security disciplines
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
• Proficiency in graphic design and video production tools preferred
• Experience working in a highly advanced, technical enterprise environment
• Fundamental knowledge of industry-standard frameworks and regulations
• Professional qualifications in instructional design or related disciplines
• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in finding new ways of doing things
