As a Senior Account Director, you will play a key role in nurturing and expanding our relationship with a client. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, strategising to meet their objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities & duties include:

Client Relationship Management:
 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client goals, needs, and expectations
     

Strategic Planning:
 

  • Develop account plans aligned with client objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities
     

Team Leadership:
 

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services/products on time and within budget
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to account teams
     

Communication:
 

  • Effectively communicate with clients to convey strategies, updates, and project statuses
  • Ensure clear internal communication to align teams with client expectations
     

Revenue Growth:
 

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
     

Problem Resolution:
 

  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
     

Market Analysis:
 

  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
  • Use market insights to propose innovative solutions
     

Contract Management:
 

  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals
  • Ensure contracts are compliant and meet both client and company expectations
     

Required Skills:
 

  • Proven experience in a similar Senior Account Director or Account Director role with exposure to step up into this role
  • Experience in selling technology services including Digital, Data or Cloud
  • Land and expand experience within an account of 20m+ value and be able to articulate your accountable growth of the client
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to business growth
