This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer focused team with opportunities to develop your customer service and relationship management skills while building your technical knowledge. As Senior Administrator, quality control and training of other members of the team will be an additional portion of this role!

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct administration of Protection, Pensions and Investments new business policies
  • Issue new business policies in a timely and accurate manner and adhere to service level agreements and compliance requirements
  • Support Team Leader in management of day-to-day business issues and deputise effectively for Team Leader
  • Represent new business in workshops/projects/meetings/presentations when required
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate cases without TL intervention

You have previous experience in a New Business role or similar position. You have a proven track record of positive engagement with NB change initiatives. You can demonstrate through your experience superior product and industry knowledge. You have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to coach less experienced team members. You are a strong team player that is very capable of working on own initiative. You have made significant progress in relevant industry exams.
