As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to support the creation and execution of fully integrated strategic & marketing plans on some of our biggest cereal brands. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional results through brilliant creation & execution that will contribute to Kellogg’s overall ambition in the European region.

  • Brand Performance:

Drive the delivery of Net Sales & Net Contribution commitments. Identify, diagnose and help solve brand-level performance issues and opportunities

  • Brand Planning:

You will support with setting strategic direction for the brands, taking input from markets, identifying key consumer insights and brand opportunities to determine priorities for the area.`

  • Brand Communication:

Supporting, and in many cases leading, the development of distinctive brand communication across Europe consistent with a powerful positioning.
Product Innovation:

  • Supporting cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products that deliver on the brand strategy.
  • Brand Expansion:

Ensuring communications and activation output on regional brands matches the needs of all markets.

  • Internal Collaboration:

Leading a diverse group of individuals from insight & planning, brand promotions, finance, nutrition, innovation and agency partners, towards the successful execution of the brands plans.

  • Market Collaboration:

Exciting and engaging the markets through regular and proactive communication of the brand calendar (innovation, communications and activation), building the local / central relationship through regular brand councils and regular ad hoc contact.

  • A passion for brands, products and communications; great influencing, collaboration, and project management skills; capacity to adapt quickly to change and the ability to prioritise key tasks.
  • Fluency in English is essential, but a second or third European language would be advantageous, as would previous experience of working in a European environment.
  • Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to build and manage “long distance” relationships is essential.
  • Experience working within FMCG snacks category and in a local market capacity would also be advantageous
