The role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity to a Senior Business Analyst with experience deploying banking credit products who wants to work in a dynamic workplace environment with a real opportunity to positively influence the direction and outcome of strategic change programmes through best in class design thinking and practices.
Having experience working with banking credit products is a requirement for this role, with experience of Temenos T24 preferred. You will be analysing complex issues and understanding business opportunities or issues in order to define the roadmap of new credit product build and the strategy for closing down legacy products over a multi-year timeline. The initial phase of the programme will concentrate on Business Credit capabilities.
Stakeholder management will be critical to succeeding in the role. You will be working across a broad range of senior internal stakeholders from business, technology, risk and legal areas. You will also be working directly with our partner, Temenos, who are a market leading provider of Core Banking software.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Will engage with various business stakeholders to identify, understand and document detailed business requirements for new product solutions and legacy product management.
- Can review functional, technical and test documentation to ensure the business requirements are captured correctly and catered for in the new solution/process.
- Understand what it takes to manage the delivery of enterprise level changes across complex organisational structures, engage with various end users and business stakeholders to set expectations for and deliver the change.
- Ensures that any change considers the appropriate business readiness tasks and drives these as part of implementation.
- Will establish relationships with business partners, key stakeholders and customers and establish regular communication
- Will establish relationship with Temenos for the programme and ensure delivery of best in class solutions for AIB Corporate and Retail customers.
- Has the ability to challenge the solution without damaging relationships to ensure the best solution is delivered.
- Drives implementation of a continuous improvement culture within the team.
- Creates an environment where creative thinking is encouraged and developed to ensure that we maintain best in class products and propositions.
You Will Need To Show Us That You Can/have
- 5+ years business analysis experience in a credit product domain. Specific experience of enterprise business change delivery is required.
- Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and strong attention to detail, completing tasks to a very high degree of accuracy.
- Have an appreciation for how I.T. systems can solve business problems and the ability to communicate clearly to technical leads the functional capability required to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Strong Business Analysis & Problem solving skills with ability to perform meaningful internal stakeholder management and external competitive analysis.
- Good leadership and negotiation skills with ability to build productive working relationships with internal teams, management staff and external stakeholders.
