The Homes Business unit is responsible for meeting the Homes needs of all our customers across AIB, EBS and Haven brands. Our remit is wider than just mortgages. We will be expanding our offering to meet more of our customers’ needs than we currently do right now.

Reporting to the Homes Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Homes Strategy team focused on where the Homes business should be going and how it will get there.

We’re looking for someone who:

Working with the Homes Strategy Manager this person will be key in delivering:

• Market Insights: Understand & communicate the story of the Homes market. Highlight the key opportunities & challenges for the Homes category.
• Business Insights: Use a data-driven approach to deliver objective, analytical insights that support and enable strategy and execution planning.
• Business Planning: Drive and enable bottom-up operational planning activities within the pillar to support Homes leadership make strategic decisions to drive growth, including near/medium/long-term planning.
• Stakeholder Management: Advanced influencing and cross-functional stakeholder management, including managing multiple partners simultaneously and building relationships with and credibility across a wide internal network including Group Strategy, Finance, CTO and more.
• Project Management: Initiate, scope and drive cross-functional projects to support delivery of strategic objectives.
