Role Responsibilities 👨💻
- Create, edit, and approve website and page content. Create long-form articles, social media posts, and LinkedIn news updates based on market trends, competitors, and audience preferences, with a particular focus on the Muslim community and relevant financial sectors
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives and brand voice
- Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and engagement
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content meets branding and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with client service teams to integrate customer insights and feedback into content
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant developments into the content strategy
Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 🤓
- Minimum of 5 years in content writing, with a strong portfolio in B2C settings, particularly in fintech or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating website content and landing pages that generate leads and drive engagement.
- Strong Marketing Messaging and Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, with a focus on the Muslim community and home financing.
- Journalism and Research Excellence: Skilled in conducting thorough research to produce factual, engaging content.
- SEO Proficiency: Well-versed in SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and effectiveness.
- Adaptive Writing Style: Versatile in adjusting tone and style across various content formats, including websites (headlines, body, etc), landing pages, and long-form articles.
- CMS Familiarity: Experienced with various Content Management Systems.
- Strategic Content Creation: Proven success in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and meet business goals.
- Visual Content Creation: Basic skills in visual content tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Spark are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (English B2+)
