Senior Data Scientist

This is a Group role to lead technical solution delivery for strategic analytics projects, realising the value of our Enterprise Data. You will craft, develop and deliver solutions to businesses across the Group, using innovative technologies in data exploration, machine learning and visualisation.

This is an opportunity to partner with the business on a wide range of projects, collaborating on appropriate ways of working and proposing new methodologies. In a Chief Data & Analytics Office management position, you will contribute more broadly to the achievement of overall strategies, plans and priorities!

In This Role, You Will
 

• Use advanced analytics to provide insight into the customer base, developing independent key metrics such as customer activity, product penetration, share of wallet and transactional behaviour preferences. Build Machine Learning models autonomously.
• Conduct data science related engineering to create new data stores and productionised data features, to embed and scale analytics models.
• Collaborate with colleagues from across the Bank to eliminate silos, to drive the adoption of the Enterprise Data Warehouse & Enterprise Data Lake and to share best practice.
• Engage Senior Business network across Retail, Corporate & Marketing to generate demand, discover issues and innovate solutions.
• Build high quality Data Visualisations and Dashboards that engage partners and address business problems.
