Corporate ethics training is a core component of integrity management, and is the responsibility of Ethics and / or Compliance Officers in large organisations. Ethical violations can be extremely costly and the increased focus on ESG issues is putting pressure on Ethics Training to move beyond mere compliance and address real behavioural change.

TRACE (Tracking Risks Associated with Compliance and Ethics) provides an AI-driven platform for Ethics Officers to manage organisational integrity through assessment and personalised training, dynamically generated using a proprietary database of Ethical Dilemmas and Learner Profiles. Digital delivery of training uses innovative and immersive learning techniques developed at Learnovate.

Standard Duties and Responsibilities of the Post

• Reporting to the Principle Investigator, work as part of a multidisciplinary team of edtech innovators, technologists and user experience experts to help realise the TRACE vision

• Work closely with the Technology Lead to develop and implement the TRACE technology

• Actively develop end user applications and backend technologies that have a real impact on corruption and organizational integrity

• Help to manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure to support the development, testing and deployment of TRACE
