The Digital & ExO division in Irish Life has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team.

The Digital & ExO Hub brings together our digital capability from across the Irish Life Group and the ExO Hub, our innovation centre. Together and in close collaboration with the Irish Life businesses & aligned with the 2024 Group Strategy, the division is prioritising the creation of a new digital leads and sales capability.

This capability will be enabled by the Digital Home for Health & Wealth - a health and financial wellbeing ecosystem that transforms how customers interact with Irish Life. This will be through a single digitally enabled interface, with supporting infrastructure and operating model that combines the assets of the group and leverages innovation in data-driven personalisation and technology advances such as AI.

This role reports to the Head of Digital & ExO Technology and is responsible for development and delivery of technical solutions for the Irish Life Group digital asset portfolio within a customer-centric culture. You will manage a team of developers & you will utilise your skills to enhance the experience and performance of digital properties across the organisation.
You will create digital user experiences across the breadth of Irish Life’s digital estate. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop web application interfaces and interactive prototypes to support our key commercial and experience objectives.
Your expertise in frontend web development frameworks, Content Management Systems (CMS) and software development best practice, will enable you to turn our complex financial product offering into consumable, intuitive and engaging experience for our customers
You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX and UI Design, QA, Business Stakeholders and the wider IT community to develop best-in-class digital experiences.
You will be a member of the Digital & ExO Hub Management team to lead delivery on our Digital Strategy.
