Barden has been appointed by a well-established and highly successful Irish business to identify an ambitious Senior Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team. This role has emerged due to the company’s ongoing expansion. It is a multifaceted position, emphasizing analysis and business partnering, with the successful candidate having the autonomy to shape and develop the role, along with opportunities for progression within the finance team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Assist with the preparation of the Group’s Budget and Forecast process.

• Serve as a key Business Partner to Senior divisional finance leaders, including C-Suite to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Conduct analysis of financial trends provide insight and support key decision-making.

• Take responsibility for variance analysis and reporting for the Group.

• Ensure appropriate Financial Controls are in place to support accuracy of reporting.

• Engage in ad-hoc projects as required by the wider business.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Qualified accountant, with 4+ years PQE.

• Possess excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to influence across all levels.

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and systems.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, functioning as a strong team player.

• Express a desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
