Our Dublin based client is seeking an ACCA certified Finance Manager to join their busy team. This role would allow the selected candidate to utilise their skills and knowledge but also offers the opportunity for professional growth and development. The location will suit anyone who lives close to M50 Redcow exit. This role will report to CFO/ Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide financial information that can be utilised to enhance the overall business performance.
- Communicate and work directly with stakeholders.
- Assist and oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Analyse P&L accounts as well as balance sheets
- Someone with with previous Audit experience.
- Analyse relevant information and prepare monthly cashflow forecasts.
- Responsibility for preparing audit files and communicating with auditors and relevant banking institutions.
- Compile and submit VAT, Payroll and VIES in several Jurisdictions.
- Process Payroll monthly
- Manage and assist in moth accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Authorise necessary payments
Skills required:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Irish and EU VAT laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy to include the Microsoft office suite
- High standard of Commercial and Business Acumen
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in an efficient and effective manner.
- Excellent organisational capabilities
Education:
- Relevant 3rd Level Degree from a recognised institution
- ACCA or ACA certified nice to have only
