Description:
Our client is a diversified conglomerate headquartered in HK. They are hiring a senior manager, process engineering for this newly created position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the streamlining of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and identify opportunities for process enhancements within the finance function and across operational areas to drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute internal controls, policies, and procedures aimed at assessing and mitigating financial and operational risks, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze various business models and present proposals for simplification to meet business needs in a sustainable manner.
- Ensure data integrity to establish a robust foundation for financial business analysis, thereby enhancing overall business performance.
- Act as a project manager for assigned projects, overseeing their successful implementation and completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or operational finance, preferably with multinational corporation experience.
- Proven experience in SOP diagnosis and setting.
- Familiarity with ERP and business operating systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of business and financial data.
- Ability to work independently, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
