ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Responsible for completion of monthly close process and related analysis and commentary as required.
- Preparation of annual budget and work with senior leadership to monitor and control spend
- Provide monthly variance analysis to actuals for management review.
- Support Payroll, Accounts Payable & Purchasing function.
- Ensure inventory is valued correctly and in line with Company policies.
- Participate in the preparation of the Company’s annual financial statements and audits where required.
- Involvement in budgeting & business planning; evaluating future business opportunities.
- Participate in cross functional process improvement initiatives.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified accountant ideally with 2/3 years PQE
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in working with senior leadership team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff within the organisation.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative approach to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
