Description:
This is a unique role where the successful candidate will be involved in all things commercial across the group. You will be working very closely with the Group CFO who has established a best-in-class finance function. The role will involve adding value on all things commercial so you will be getting regular exposure to senior executives (Financial & Non Financial).

Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Group Finance Manager and will entail:
- Detailed preparation of the full cash flow for investments and transactions
- Carrying out analysis and reporting on the monthly Profit and Loss movements.
- Managing the co-ordination and preparation of audit files and the statutory financial statements
- Managing treasury activities
- Responsible for statutory filing of Accounts, VAT, Stat returns, etc.
- Assist in the group consolidation process
- Responsible for internal valuation reporting
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Carry out work on ad-hoc projects as they arise working with multiple teams.
- Work on the finance aspects of mergers, liquidations and dissolutions of entities
- Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management
