Description:
This role reports to the Head of Regional and Channel Marketing and will work in tandem with a global marketing organization spanning four major regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategy and Insights – Analyze market and company data alongside regional strategies to define opportunities, gaps, threats, and priorities. Prepare and deliver executive presentations/readouts weekly to Direct Sales and Channel Sales teams
- Demand Creation and Nurturing – Own and deliver an integrated Europe field marketing plan to expand brand reach, drive service demand, and meet assigned growth targets. Explore, execute and optimize regional-specific marketing programs to drive demand, including events, sponsorships, channel programs, ABM, advertising, media buy etc. that align to Megaport business goals. Support the building, execution and refinement of global demand generation programs and campaigns.
- Market Development and Localization – Translate market-specific buyer journey into multi-touch field programs and campaigns using direct and channel tactics based on market dynamics and business goals. Provide localized messaging and support development of global marketing assets.
- Brand Awareness – Drive ideation and innovative methods for capturing audience awareness and greater mind share in core and growth markets. Lead market-level PR and AR efforts.
- Partner GTM – Collaborate with regional partners and channel team on the creation of joint solution value propositions. Drive the internal and external go-to-market strategy and execution with the use of the PartnerVantage program where appropriate.
- Reporting & Optimization – Monitor, report and optimize for effectiveness.
- Budget – Own the management of the European marketing budget.
- Leadership – Demonstrate excellence and maturity in aligning stakeholders and contributors on the achievement of regional goals.
- Compliance – Ensure all deliverables align with SEO, Megaport branding, and Information Security & Legal requirements.
