Senior Fp&a Analyst

Description:

The Finance team is a key component to our go-to-market strategy. We guide company decisions to help accelerate growth by ensuring we are delivering on our long-term strategy, recommending & implementing corrective actions when and where we are off track, and identifying further opportunities.

This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland. You will report to the EMEA FP&A Manager where you will help build out FP&A foundations and capabilities within the region.

• Roll up your sleeves on some data-crunching activities, and cross-functional initiatives and assist in other ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests.

• Support our businesses with financial insights; identifying and developing key performance indicators.

• Assist in the analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings;

• Develop repeatable processes understood by all stakeholders;

• Help improve and automate the existing suite of reports.

• Qualifications

• Master's degree required (MBA preferred);
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and growth;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;

• Fluency in another European languages a strong plus

• Deep understanding of common SaaS metrics, P&L components, and commercial functions e.g. Renewal Business

• Understanding of fundamental finance and accounting acumen and industry trends including data modelling, data analytics, forecasting, interpreting financial statements, and reporting ;

• Ability to work in teams, collaborate with multiple business partners and build strong, influential relationships;

• Takes pride in their work’s integrity, quality, timeliness, and accuracy;

• Self-starter, capable of taking initiative and thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
