Role and Reporting Lines

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be assisting in the preparation of financial information from monthly reporting to quarterly forecasts and strategy presentations. This role will have input into all key business decisions, review, assess business trends, review past company performance and identify future issues which may arise. This role reports to the Head of FP&A and will involve:

• Critically analyze business performance using various business intelligence tools
• Analyse financial projections
• Supporting the company’s short and long term strategic decisions through financial analysis to allow informed decision making
• Design financial models and forecasts for the company
• Ability to benchmark company performance against external competitors
• Produce monthly/quarterly Financial performance packs
• Build and maintain relationships in the business with all senior manager’s and their teams
• Drive continual process improvements, promoting best practices, standardization of processes and automation to scale the business.
