Our client is a leading local conglomerate, which plays a vital role in the property development, retail, entertainment industry. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Senior FP&A Manager position to work closely with the growing team.
Job Summary:
- Leading a team of 3 to 4, responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting
- As a key member of the financial planning and analysis team to provide analytical support and advice to company strategic planning
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the financial and strategic planning process
- Provide value-added reports, analyses, recommendations to the business
- Conduct business and financial performance review on a monthly basis
- Work closely with different business units during the budgeting and forecast process
- Identify and monitor key business drivers, track and report on the impact
- Develop business models for management’s decision
- Take initiatives to lead process/system enhancement and implementation projects
- Ad hoc project as required
Requirement:
- A degree in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification
- 10 years of relevant experience, in which at least 5 years of solid experience in FP&A
- Industry experience in retail/FMCG/hospitality/F&B
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Words
