Senior Hris Analyst

 

Description:

The Senior HRIS Analyst (Human Resources Information System Analyst) partners with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and support cyclical processes with a focus on user experience. This position works closely with functional groups to manage internal processes, data, and support end users. A data steward with a high level of focus on security, accuracy, and integrity of HR data that provides best in class global customer service and support to our organization managing various employment life cycle transactions and report requests. This role will report to the Director, HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as a consultative partner gathering requirements and translating into functional/technical design.
  • Maintain and update system configuration, upgrades and data in HRIS platform (Oracle) to ensure data integrity
  • Support company initiatives in various areas, including performance management and various internal client-facing projects
  • Develop data import and exports.

     

Required Experience/Skills

 

  • 5+ years’ experience with HRIS, with at least some experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented
  • Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data

     

Preferred Experience/Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, business, computer science and/or human resources
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and application report tools.
  • Experience supporting middleware platforms such as Boomi.
  • Working knowledge with SQL, automation tools etc.
