Senior Human Resources Manager

Description:

CREGG are currently recruiting a Senior HR Manager to join our Client based in Limerick. The successful candidate will lead team and function as an expert on people and organizational issues, as well as a catalyst in delivering HR solutions in order to attract, develop, and retain talent and to support the specific needs of the business groups and overall business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the HR strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards. Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department

· Provide leadership for the implementation of the client group(s), and/or countries human resource strategy to achieve its current and future business objectives.

· Partner with HR Management or COE's to evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.

· Consult, advise, influence and partner with leadership on talent strategies and actions to build an engaged and high-performing organization

· Lead or partner with COE's to deliver human resource programs for client groups to ensure the organization's current and future talent requirements are met.

· Identify training needs for assigned client group(s) and individual executive coaching needs and participate in evaluation and monitoring of training and coaching programs to ensure success.

· Participate in the interview/selection of talent in assigned client groups and perform compensation analysis to drive competitive offers

· Other incidental duties.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in in related field previous related human resources experience Required

· Demonstrated track record in people management Require

· Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field Preferred
