Senior Information Technology Technician

Role Requirements:

·      Experience in IT Solutions, preferably in the SMB sector.

·      Experience with Microsoft 365.

·      Experience with Microsoft Azure (implementation and maintenance).

·      Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019.

·      Ability to use Microsoft HyperV, Active Directory and Group Policy.

·      Break/Fix on Servers, Laptop, Desktops & Printers.

·      Good knowledge of networking.

· Skills:

·      An ability to work as part of a team and to communicate effectively with other team members.

·      An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with our client’s customer base.

·      An ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a logical manner to ensure a timely resolution of customer issues.

·      An ability to use the various support tools provided by our client to expedite the resolution of customer issues.

·      Full Clean Drivers license.

Qualifications:

·      3rd Level qualification in an IT field or similar.

·      3+ years working in a technical role meeting required spec.

·      Microsoft Certifications preferably but upskilling will be available if required (MS100, AZ104, MCE).

This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent terms on offer. Socially distanced working conditions are available and the successful person is expected to work from the office based in Sligo.
