Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the broking function for a portfolio of clients, handling new business, renewals, claims, and mid-term adjustments.
• Deliver superior client service in a friendly, efficient manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Build an understanding of clients' businesses and cultures.
• Foster strong relationships with insurers and seek opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and resolve client issues.

About You:

• CIP qualification (required) or almost CIP qualified
• Proven experience working with an insurer or broker within commercial lines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
