They are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Client Service Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position does not involve business development or sales; instead, it focuses solely on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with policy-related questions.
- Manage client accounts, including processing policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, policy documents, and other relevant information as needed.
- Conduct policy reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for coverage improvements or cost savings.
- Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up, facilitating communication between clients and insurance adjusters as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- APA ( insurance) is a must
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles, within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
