Your Profile
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC
- Functional process knowledge of several of SAP HCM Modules
- Experience in implementing, configuring and advising all or a subset of the following:
- SAP HCM
- Organisational Management
- Payroll
- ESS and MSS
- Reporting
- Understanding of SAP HCM integration with other modules
- Ideally familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecomms, agribusiness
- Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore
- Knowledge of standard process design and an advisory focus
- Excellent customer management and relationship building both internally and with the client
