Description:

Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a global leader in Aircraft Leasing on a new role for Senior Manager of Investor Relations.

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations (based in Dublin) , this role is responsible for communications of corporate performance & developments and is a primary contact for investors.

Responsibilities:

Investor Communication:

Maintain open and transparent communication with investors, providing regular updates on financial performance, market trends, and industry insights

Investor Engagement:

Act as the key liaison between the company and its investors, responding to inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and communicate the company's strategic vision and financial objectives to investors

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and macroeconomic factors to provide relevant insights to investors

Shareholder Engagement:

Manage relationships with current and potential shareholders and relationships with analysts and institutional investors

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst (ACA or CFA)
• Proven experience in investor relations or corporate finance within the aviation finance
• Previous experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing or capital markets
