The role of Senior Manager - Data & Behavioural Science offers a great opportunity to lead and the Group Customer Analytics (GCA) Data & Behavioural Science team. In a changing market environment, where customer expectations continue to grow and there is an increasing demand for more personalised customer experiences, Group Customer Analytics is leading the change to enable and deliver this personalised experience through data analytics and the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
You'll lead out the Data Science team as part of a collaborative and innovative Leadership Team who strive to support customer contact with the right message for the customer at the right time.
