Description:
We work in a highly matrixed operating environment, aligned within the Firm’s agile operating model and working with key business partners.
You will work within APS’ Business Architecture Center of Excellence alongside team members and business partners from a range of backgrounds, including data engineers, data modelers, operations leaders, reporting teams, and others.
The Expertise You Have
- 5+ years of Business Analysis, Operations Analytics, or metric design
- Proven success working with data which led to substantial contributions to sophisticated, strategic, and transformational improvement initiatives.
The Skills You Bring
- Ability to interpret data that will guide strategy & planning, ideally with an operational focus, and ability to frame and make recommendations to senior business/technology stakeholders.
- Business value analysis and financial modeling skills – including cost analysis, value frameworks, data analysis, critical thinking, modeling, and data flows
- Strong analytical skills, ability to see patterns, and consolidate information concisely.
- Curiosity to learn and uncover the root of exciting and often ambiguous business situations through respectful questioning, research, and investigation
- Experience performing both with Agile and functional delivery teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across the enterprise to interact, influence and negotiate all levels of management.
- Ability to empower and influence others with limited organizational authority.
- Demonstrated problem solving expertise as well as owning outcomes.
- Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and managing change.
