The Expertise We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a technology or software development discipline
- Significant project and delivery expertise using Agile methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or other relevant field is required.
The Purpose of Your Role
This role involves people management, talent development, customer relationship responsibilities and technology project management. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills and a true passion for developing talent across software engineering disciplines and agile roles. They will have strong interpersonal/communication skills coupled with a passion and motivation for working in a highly customer focused environment. The individual should have strong delivery management skills and be experienced in managing and supporting agile project deliveries. They will have a strong technical background and will work closely with the agile delivery teams on requirements, design, task estimation, and implementation of agreed functionality as well as release management.

- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in employee development, team dynamics and motivation
- Experience leading & managing people across multiple different functional areas (Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Scrum Masters, Automation etc)
- Experienced in Project Delivery in an agile environment
- Strong technical background with a passion for process improvement and setting standards of delivery excellence on Agile squads.
- Excellent presentation as well as written & verbal communication skills
- Experience in release management and co-ordination across multiple projects
- Strong customer facing and relationship management skills
- Highly motivated with willingness to take ownership / responsibility for their work
