The GTCS Risk and Compliance team ensures that there is a consistent and aligned approach to risk and regulatory management across the Division from a first line perspective. This team is responsible for supporting, guiding, advising and coordinating, with the responsibility for handling, monitoring and reporting of risk in their respective units.

This role is a critical role for the Division, supporting the Director of Risk & Compliance to mature the risk culture and profile of the services the division provides to the Customer and the Group.

Champion risk awareness across the business and promote risk management as a core consideration of decision making.

Liaise with and actively support to handle the risk profile, to ensure proportionate and consistent identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation & reporting of risks and associated controls and ensuring issues are correctly dealt with and managed appropriately

Support the coordination of execution and reporting of controls testing across the Business Units. This includes assessing the impact of controls deficiencies on the division's overall control environment.

Build and maintain strong working relationships across Senior Management levels both within Group Technology & Customer Solutions and across the Group and positively influence the efficiency / effectiveness of the division's risk management and the commercial agenda.

Contribute to the overall development of the Group Technology & Customer Solutions Risk team at both a strategic and operational level.

Identify and evaluate key emerging risks / trends impacting the division and communicate to leadership team.

Support the development and enhancement of divisional risk reporting requirements, and deputise for Group Technology & Customer Solutions Head of Business Risk as required.
