Senior Manager Growth Marketing

Description:

We're currently seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to further our growth and expansion across our International business. As the International Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will work alongside the International Marketing Director and Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute region-centric strategies throughout International markets to aggressively grow revenue, and establish WHOOP as the undisputed leader in human performance.

Reporting to the International Marketing Director, the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will support all Marketing efforts relevant to the International expansion of WHOOP.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the commercial performance of WHOOP International, responsible for business planning and financial forecasting
• Collaborate closely with our media agency to efficiently scale ‘performance marketing’ channels
• Manage a disciplined calendar of commercial events
• Lead international refer-a-friend program
• Work closely with web and ops teams at Boston HQ to optimize the International consumer experience
• Report on effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of digital marketing channels required
• Critical thinker with great problem-solving abilities to identify areas of opportunity and improvement on a consistent basis
• Team player but works well independently to balance looking at the larger picture at hand with prioritization of day to day initiatives
• Passion for sports and fitness strongly preferred
