Senior Marketing Performance Manager

The Senior Marketing Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing metrics and tools.

This is a full time position, fully remote in Europe or the U.S.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead paid marketing campaigns : Lead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, …).
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
  • Reporting: Create detailed performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and techniques.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

 

Qualifications

 

Background

 

Your Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

 

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience in digital health or sleep care is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. market is highly desirable.

 

Skills

  • Knowledge of Paid Acquisition Channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and growing expertise in one.
  • Knowledge of Analysis & Reporting Tools (Google Analytics).
  • Creation of assets, ad copy, AB tests, data driven files. Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to audit accounts and make recommendations.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Fluent in English, familiarity with U.S. cultural nuances is a plus.
