Description:
We are helping a top company in Dublin find a Business Central Consultant to develop and grow revenue from existing customers portfolio. Lead specific project initiatives, mentor other more junior consultants and act as a subject matter expert on consulting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and lead successful implementations of Dynamics Business Central and 365 centric solutions using industry best practices
- Build long term relationships with clients through technical acumen and proactive leadership
- Create a backlog of work through continuous relationship management with the clients
- Proactively deliver the solution to completion, making it happen ensuring the revenue forecast is earned to its potential
- Proactive in recommending enhancements to the customers and looking for new opportunities
- Work with management to improve the skills and standards of the consultancy group
- Perform the role of project lead for projects where Dynamics Business Central is the key application
- Perform the Role of Pre-Sales, working in conjunction with AM
- Technical Functional Consultancy, Leadership and Ownership of the solution
- Support and strategic Partnership with clients
- World class communication skills. Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within client organization during Analysis, Implementation and Support phases
Required Skills/Experiences:
- 7+ years Dynamics Senior Consulting experience & full lifecycle ERP implementations across various industry sectors
- Has held a leadership role in a similar organisation
- Excellent customer facing skills and relationships management
- Proven ability to take a customer’s concept from Solution Design to Go Live with solid experience in change management and business process mapping
- Experience participating in Work Scoping & Estimation for new projects
- The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a resourceful, independent self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direction
- The candidate will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also need to have the ability to communicate to CFO level
- Has the ability to quickly skill up on Dynamics Business Central modules
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently , must work well in a team
