Senior Mobile Analyst

Description:

Barden are delighted to partner with a leading organisation in their search for a Senior Mobile Analyst to join them remotely.

In this role, you would be a key member of the Mobile Growth team, responsible for leveraging data to inform decisions and enhance the customer experience in the organisation's mobile apps.

This role reports to the Head of Growth Analytics, with a dotted line to the Head of Mobile, and involves cross-departmental collaboration to identify and implement growth opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Analyse mobile/app data to uncover insights and suggest actionable improvements.
• Use tools such as Firebase, Segment, and Branch to track and analyse user journeys.
• Develop reports and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed about user metrics.
• Evaluate experimental results to determine successful strategies and identify additional growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the Mobile Growth team and the broader Analytics team to maintain consistency in data analysis and decision-making.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Extensive experience in quantitative data analysis.
• Experience collaborating with product teams, including product management, engineering, and design.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Branch, and Tableau.
• Advanced skills in SQL for querying both structured and unstructured data.
• Solid knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
