The Forbes Property team are looking to expand in 2024 with the addition of a Senior Negotiator to the Dublin team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building developing the Forbes Property residential sales business in Dublin.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Negotiator at Forbes Property, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our Dublin team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property negotiations, leveraging your A, B, C, and D licences to navigate the requirements of the Forbes Property client portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Responsible for business development and client growth strategies.
• Utilising your 5-plus years of experience in a similar role to provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Demonstrating ambition by actively contributing to the growth and success of Forbes Property.
• Delivering full agency service from client origination through to completion.

REQUIREMENTS

• PRSA licences in compliance with Irish property industry regulations.
• Circa 5 years of experience in a comparable role within the property sector.
• Ambitious mindset with a focus on achieving both personal and team goals.
• Strong client origination skills and a passion for fostering client relationships and networking.
• Ability to thrive in a close-knit, team-oriented business environment.
• Full driver’s license required.
