Senior Network Security Engineer

Description:

ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a Security Network Engineer on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects.

Location - Dublin (Hybrid working)

Scope:

• Providing technical direction and support on-site engineering team across multiple projects
• Provide technical expertise to ensure that projects are delivered successfully and meeting key milestones
• Responsible for the design and implementation of key Network & Security platforms
• Willing to deploy changes out-of-hours when required
• Able to pick up instructions quickly and accurately by shadowing and be able to progress with work with a high degree of accuracy

Skills/Knowledge:

• Network Support Planning & implementation at enterprise level
• High Level & Low Level Network and Security infrastructure Design
• MPLS network design and implementation
• Network Core Design and implementation
• Exposure of working with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia/Alcatel vendor equipment
