This dynamic role allows for a high degree of innovation and diversity in your work. You will serve as project managers, overseeing various projects. The scope can vary, with one engineer handling multiple projects independently or a single project requiring the collaboration of multiple engineers. The allocation depends on the specific project requirements. Additionally, you will hold responsibility for managing project budgets and allow you to further develop your skillset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading projects and project teams to achieve project goals, focusing on timely delivery, quality adherence, and cost targets
• Planning, implementing, and coordinating new product introductions, covering aspects such as product design, specifications, process validations, identification of training needs, layout of processes and equipment, production procedures, and material and packaging procurement
• Integrating various ISO requirements into the design, development, and introduction of new products, ensuring seamless integration into production processes
• Ensuring consistent and comprehensive communication with customers throughout the project's duration.
• Planning and coordinating to establish testing, evaluation, and control measures for equipment, supporting and monitoring product quality in adherence to the companies procedures and regulatory standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years Engineering experience
• Medical Device Industry experience is desired
