Senior Payroll Analyst

We are delighted to be supporting a Global Pharmaceutical Leader in Cork on a new role that has just come available for an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst.

Reporting directly to the Director of HR, this role is a hybrid model in Kinsale.

✔ About the Role ✔

⚡ Working as part of a wider HR and Payroll team, executing Monthly Payrolls

⚡ Provide payroll inputs including master data and timesheet entries to external payroll provider

⚡ Checking and approval of initial payroll reports

⚡ Uploading and approval of bank files

⚡ Post payroll reporting

⚡ Data gathering and reporting for Financial, Pension provider and Business requests

⚡ Support internal and external Payroll audits

⚡ Liaise with external Tax partners in relation to international assignees

⚡ BIK and final payment calculations

⚡ Ad hoc pay calculations for payroll and employee queries

⚡ Point of contact with external payroll provider

 

✔ Desired Experience ✔

⚡ 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing multinational

⚡ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field and/or IPASS Certification preferable

⚡ Must have experience processing payments in a timely and accurate manner of approximately 1,500 employees on monthly payrolls, ensuring Revenue and SOX compliance.

⚡ Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel (vlookups), Outlook and Workday

⚡ Candidates must also have a broad knowledge of Payroll Processes
