Role Overview:

They are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to deliver expert care to a diverse caseload, focusing on both adults and non-complex paediatric clients. You will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a wide range of physical conditions, including musculoskeletal issues and developmental concerns in children. This position offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary setting, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients across all age groups.
  • Provide physiotherapy services to non-complex paediatric clients, ensuring age-appropriate care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the Primary Care Team to provide holistic care.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and preventative measures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy with CORU registration.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduate experience, with a strong focus on paediatrics and adult physiotherapy.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience MSK/OPD
  • Experience in primary care or community health settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centred care and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
