Senior Planning Engineer

Description:

The Senior Scheduler role is in the Offshore Delivery Team and will report to the Offshore PMO Head of Function.

The experienced Scheduler must possess experience as a scheduler in a large capital project delivery environment with an understanding of building and managing schedules against baselines to effectively communicate the schedule to key stakeholders.

It is expected that the candidate will be educated to degree level in a Project Management, Engineering, or Construction industry discipline.

Strong analytical & IT skills, particularly Primavera, MS Project Online, Excel, MS Office Suite, including Power BI is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering and maintaining a detailed logic linked Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6 & MS Project Online, spanning across all workstreams and in

line with the agreed programme WBS.

Lead the effort in maintaining WBS, Project Scope, Basis of Schedule document, and

Assumptions log as the project progresses while ensuring strict change control.

Establishing and managing the project baseline and reporting of same, including regular

schedule variance reports
