Senior Producer (animation)

Description:

Triggerfish is looking for an experienced Senior Animation Producer to manage a long form animation project for a major streamer. This ambitious animated project will create an exciting showcase for new voices and talent from Africa to emerge on the world stage.

The role is responsible for managing and delivering the project from pre-production through to post and delivery.

• Reports directly to Triggerfish Management and streaming client.
• Assesses potential vendor studios, negotiating bids, selecting and engaging the optimal providers for the project in consultation with the key stakeholders.
• Keeps all providers accountable to schedule, budget, and quality.
• Selects and hires key crew in conjunction with Triggerfish Management.

Preference will be given to candidates who are resident in Ireland or able to relocate to our studio in Galway, Ireland. We expect that the role will be primarily working from home until Covid-related movement restrictions are lifted.

Prior experience

• Delivering high quality episodic animated content across a variety of animation styles - 2D, 3D and hybrid.
• Outsourcing high end projects to multiple providers, preferably multi-studio co-productions for features or high end TV series.
• Managing external studios, troubleshooting and resolving production issues at senior level.
