Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, engineering, design, and marketing teams, to propose a product roadmap as well as providing regular updates on product progress and changes in direction.
- Prioritise backlogs and execute on building high quality, delightful and innovative products.
- Connect with customers, use research and analytics to generate insights and develop new ideas.
- Collaborate with engineering and design on cross-functional teams to ensure the products are user-friendly and aligned with the product vision.
- Have a deep understanding of users and customers, and how the products are being used to formulate product roadmap.
- Work closely with internals stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to communicate roadmap updates and gather feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs through market research and user feedback.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering).
- Proven minimum of 5 year experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
- A track record of delivering successful products to market.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products.
