Senior Project Architect

I am looking to speak with Senior Architects and Project Leads that are seeking work in Dublin. I am working with a leading studio in the city centre that are going from strength to strength and in the market for a Senior to join the team.

An exciting time to be joining this fantastic business, with project pipelines increasingly busy and a positive 2025 ahead, my client are forecasting a strong end of the year with the following year looking positive and optimistic.

The Role:

The ideal Senior Architect will collaborate with an experienced team of architects and designers, reporting into the Director of Architecture and being a ‘go-to’ in the office. Projects are across all stages so responsibilities will be at early design and concept through to on-site completion, while working across multiple project typologies.

This role is best suited to an Architect with 6-10 years post qualification. RIAI Qualification is essential. Suitable Architects will have strong design and concept qualities as well as technical nous and understanding of construction.

The studio are hoping to hire candidates that have experience across multiple project stages and typologies. Suitable experience will be across commercial interiors, hotels, and large-scale residential projects. Public sector experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• Professional qualification as an Architect (RIAI or RIBA)
• Previous job-running and project leading responsibilities
• Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
• Advantageous experience in mid-large scale Irish schemes.
• Essential expertise in Revit
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to design
