Formally Market Advocacy and Innovation Research the Digital Assets and Financial Markets group leverages intelligence and research to support new opportunities to drive profitable business growth and promote the next-generation enterprise operating model and client service solutions, focusing predominantly on digital assets.

Within DAFM there is a group responsible for execution and delivery of opportunities at all levels of maturity, from proof of concept to product. This group consists of project resource that are assigned to DAFM initiatives across its portfolio of work. The role is for a Project Manager within this group.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing change initiatives, complex products and/ or projects across multiple teams both internal and external
• Serving as the Accountable owner and champion the initiative
• Working with Sr. Managers and sponsors on business case, document project goals and justification for project expenditure. Product oversight of business specification based on business requirements and communicates business specifications to inform technology partners
• Overseeing completion of all documentation required for compliance with Agile Framework & SDLC including managing Jira Boards, release / project plans and budgets.
• Communicating project status, progress and spending to team members and stakeholders
• Provide support and oversight through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking to a project plan
• Try new things & explore alternative ways to achieve the desired outcome by thinking outside of the box. Make decisions. Drive for results.
• Managing product development to maximize scalability and reusability, developing a playbook in support of excellence in execution
• Co-ordinate and delegate across the project team ensuring continued progress towards the shared goal.
