Senior Project Manager

Description:

As Senior Project Manager, you will have end to end responsibility, working with other stakeholders, for the delivery of major change projects and programmes, from initiation to closure, to meet defined business and technical objectives within agreed time, cost and quality standards.

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery (cost/schedule/scope).
• Put in place governance and communications structures
• Complete all reporting, control and escalation mechanisms including;

• RAID management with appropriate actions/mitigations.
• Maintenance of all programme artefacts.
• Budgets and report against targets.
• Change control.
• Compliance with all Group, Legal and Regulatory requirements/processes.

• Manage internal teams, third parties and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the highest levels of quality in all deliverables.

• Manage transition to BAU including risk controls.

• Mentor team members and support our "one Group, one team" Values.

What will make you stand out?

You have 10+ years' experience of delivery leadership experience with demonstrable experience of delivering substantial projects/programmes in the financial services sector with end-to-end project delivery responsibility.

Strong candidates will have a proven track record of realised business value from the projects/programmes led/delivered and have the ability to demonstrate 360 degree stakeholder/relationship management.

Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out;
