Join a team of 12 competent and engaged Quality colleagues. This global team is responsible for ensuring the supply of high-quality probiotic-based food and dietary supplements in various formats. International travel is a requirement due to the global nature of the role and the focus on CMO quality management.
In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
- Being responsible for managing the quality of CMOs and various related tasks within the manufacturing and supply of probiotic-based products.
- Your duties will include coordinating with local and global stakeholders, overseeing CMO qualifications, product releases, complaint handling, change control management, certifications, performance monitoring, audits, and collaboration with CMOs and global colleagues.
- You will coordinate tasks in the local Quality team between you and your two highly skilled colleagues, including:
- CMO quality qualification and re-evaluation on excising CMOs
- Release of products for market
- Complaint handling according to company procedures.
- Change control management on new and existing products.
- Administer local certifications and participate in defining quality- and certification strategy for Human Health CMOs
- Follow up on performance according to the relevant business KPI’s on quality and drive improvements.
- Support local management reviews and contribution to global management reviews.
- Internal and external audits
- Conduct meetings with CMOs.
- Be an active Quality partner in the Human Health quality organization collaborating with global colleagues
Potentially Relevant Experience
- A relevant MSc degree
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management within the Food/Dietary Supplements industry, preferably with CMO quality management
- Work experience in major biotech, food, or human health companies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent oral and written English language proficiency.
- Ability to drive processes, collaborate effectively, and work with dedicated individuals.
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry requirements for Food and Dietary Supplements, such as 21 CFR part 117 and part 111
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- International travel is a requirement due to the global nature of the role and the focus on CMO quality management.
