Senior React Native Developer

Description:

This role will give you an opportunity to work on mobile and web applications for external customers of a large utility company and maintain it to a high standard. As a React Native Developer, you would be working for a large business with its focus on Ireland in Developing their front-end technology (all new tech – no legacy SW) in a collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining both mobile and web apps (in android & iOS) which will be part of the products.

What You’ll do:

Design, build and maintain efficient, clean and reusable code. Build pixel perfect smooth UI for mobile and web apps. Liaise with business users for requirements and getting details on bug/incident. Ensure best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Coordinate with other IT & support teams QA, change deployment, publishing apps. Create SOP and/or support documents.

Key skills/experience Needed.

Good knowledge of React patterns, such as higher-order components, render props, and hooks. Proven experience with the Redux/Zustand state management library, or a similar state management solution. Familiarity with Git and version control, NPM best practices, native build tools. Experience integrating APIs with the application for back-end services. Knowledge of accessibility, responsive web design and cross browser compatibility.
