Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regulatory strategy development for crop protection products
  • Manage product registration and renewal processes across European markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements
  • Oversee project budgets and timelines
  • Act as a subject matter expert on territory-specific legislation
  • Build partnerships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members

 

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in relevant scientific field (Masters/PhD advantageous)
  • 7+ years experience in EU plant protection product registration
  • Expert knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, including Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009
  • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • C2 level English proficiency (CEFR)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
